SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping within Malaysia

With the exception of large items (i.e. items weighing over 5kg): –

   (a)   orders above RM250 are shipped for free; and

   (b)   orders below RM250, a flat rate shipping fee applies: –

            (i)    RM10 for West Malaysia; and

            (ii)   RM30 for East Malaysia.

For large items (i.e. items weighing over 5kg), the below flat rate shipping fee applies: –

            (i)    RM30 for West Malaysia; and

            (ii)   RM90 for East Malaysia.

International Shipping
We welcome international orders as well. Should you be interested to place an order to be shipped outside of Malaysia, please drop us a note at admin@thelittleexplorer.com.my together with a list of the items you would like to purchase and we will advise on the shipping fee.

Dispatch of Orders and Delivery

  • There is no option for self pick-up. All orders will be shipped out every Monday and Friday.
  • If you have placed an order between Saturday and Tuesday, we will ship the order on the following Friday. If you have placed an order between Wednesday and Friday, we will ship the order on the following Monday.
  • We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped together with the tracking details.
  • Lead time for delivery depends on the postal company and your location. We will not be responsible for any delay on the part of the postal company or any other delays which occur for reasons beyond our control. However, should you not receive your order within 10 business days (for West Malaysia orders) and 20 business days (for East Malaysia orders), please feel free to drop us a note at admin@thelittleexplorer.com.my and we will do our best to assist in making enquiries with the postal company.
