EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
- All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable with the exceptions where you have received an incorrect or damaged item (and provided such damage or defect did not arise as a result of an accident in the course of the items being handled by you or negligence or misuse on your part).
You are required to drop us a note at admin@thelittleexplorer.com.my together with a photo of the incorrect or damaged item within 7 calendar days from the date the item is delivered to you and make arrangement for the item to be returned to us using a trackable postal service. Kindly note that all items have to be returned unused, in its original packaging / box and with labels and tags intact (where applicable). We shall not be responsible for item loss or damaged during transit. - We will upon our receipt of the returned item inspect and verify its condition. If the item is returned in accordance with our Exchange and Return Policy, we will within 14 calendar days from our receipt of the returned item, ship the correct / replacement item to you or in the event such item is not available, arrange for a full refund to be made to you (including a reimbursement of the shipping costs incurred by you for returning the item upon us being furnished with a copy of the receipt from the postal company).
- If upon inspection and verification of the condition of the item returned, the item is found returned incompliant with our Exchange and Return Policy (eg. used, original packaging / box damaged, labels and tags removed) or it is ascertained that the damage was caused by you when handling the item or as a result of your negligence or misuse, the item will be returned to you and you shall be responsible for the shipping costs for doing so.
- Most if not all of the products that we carry at The Little Explorer are made and finished using natural materials such as wood and natural dye and some of these are not machine-cut into identical shapes. The surface feel, texture, wood grain and colour finishes of these products are hence rarely the same from one to another and there may also be uneven finishing and surfaces, natural wood markings, variance in colour tone or colour transfers. We believe however that these are what make the products unique for each of our customer. These imperfections will therefore not be considered defects or damages entitling an exchange or return under our Exchange and Return Policy.
